The SBA504 Program is designed to provide long-term, fixed-rate financing to eligible businesses. Loan proceeds can be used to purchase fixed assets such as real estate and long-life equipment (10 years of useful life or more), new construction, and even improvements to existing properties.

CHAPMAN

The Chapman Loan Program (CLP) is designed to provide long-term financing to East Texas businesses in our 14-county area. Loan proceeds can be used for a variety of purposes including inventory and working capital. Proceeds can even be used to help with equity injections.
