ETRDC Partners with Local SBDC and SBA to Host Lenders Roundtable in Longview

The East Texas Regional Development Company will sponsor an East Texas Lenders Roundtable hosted by UT Tyler-Longview Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Small Business Administration to discuss SBA 7a loans and 504 lending basics. Expert panelists will discuss various loan programs and resources to help businesses increase their portfolios and obtain financing.


Topics Include:

  • SBA Programs - Eligibility, loan process, and protecting the guaranty.
  • SBA 504 Lending - Understanding the product and debt refi updates.
  • SBDC - Resources and services to assist borrowers.


The event is open to commercial lenders and will take place on Friday, September 23, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Longview University Center.
