Kilgore College Small Business Development Center

The Kilgore College Small Business Development Center (KCSBDC) provides counseling, training, and information to small businesses and prospective small business owners. The program is primarily based in Longview with a service area that includes Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Upshur, Marion, and Panola counties. The KCSBDC is a cooperative effort of Kilgore College and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The Franchise Registry

The Franchise Registry helps SBA and its participating lenders make consistent eligibility decisions, speed access to SBA financial assistance, streamline processing and recognize industry-specific factors during the loan review process. The Registry enables lenders and SBA local offices to verify a franchise system.s lending eligibility through the Internet. This reduces red tape, time and costs for all concerned.
